Hermes DNS is a web-based platform that allows users to manage Cloudflare domains, DNS records, API keys, and firewall rules through an automated interface.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
  • Not use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Not use the Service to transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software

5. Cloudflare API Usage

This Service integrates with Cloudflare's API. You acknowledge that:

  • You must comply with Cloudflare's Terms of Service and API usage policies
  • You are responsible for all actions taken using your Cloudflare API keys
  • API keys are stored securely but you maintain full responsibility for their use
  • We are not responsible for any damages resulting from Cloudflare API usage
  • Cloudflare may impose rate limits and usage restrictions
